The Alchemist of Harry Potter

Chapter 6 First Trial of Magic

That night, Albert showed his family his new Hogwarts uniform, a plain black plain work gown and a black pointed hat, nothing special.

If I have to say it, it looks stupid, especially that damn pointed hat, wearing it on the head to go out for a walk, there must be a good turnaround rate, at least that's what Albert thinks.

Nia was quite satisfied with her gift. She was wearing a cloak much larger than herself, with the black pointed hat on her head, posing in the living room. Herb took a camera and took a photo of the two of them.

Daisy sat on the sofa and silently flipped through Albert's history of magic. She wanted to know more about where her son was going.

"Mom, look, it's a living chocolate frog!" Nia opened the box of the chocolate frog and couldn't help giggling when she saw the chocolate frog jumping away.

Herb was already experienced, and quickly reached out and grabbed the chocolate frog that fell on the table, and handed it to Nia.

Then, Herb opened another box, which also contained a chocolate frog. He quickly grabbed the Chocolate Frog and handed it to Daisy who was carefully flipping through the book.

"Is this thing really edible?" Daisy raised her eyebrows, looked suspiciously at the chocolate frog that looked like a living creature in front of her, and doubted whether it was safe to eat.

"Mom, chocolate frogs can be eaten, and they taste very good!" Nia had bit off the head part of the chocolate frog, eating it happily, with some melted chocolate on her face.

"Okay, wipe your face clean, like a small cat!" Albert handed his handkerchief to Nia, turned his head to look at Tom who was confronting the owl, picked it up, and placed it by the sofa , Sao Sao chin said, "Tom, don't bully it."

Albert took out the owl nuts from the package, poured some out on a plate in the cage, and murmured, "What's the name?"

"Jerry."

Albert thought for a while and gave the snow owl this name.

Tom and Jerry.

Although there is no cat and mouse cartoon in this world, Albert thinks the name is very pleasant.

Xue Xiao seemed to sense his master's malice and did not respond to Jerry.

"Albert, your name is so ugly!" Nia reached out and picked up the owl, rubbed her face and said, "It should be called Sheila, that's a good name."

"Why not call it Celebi?" Albert thought wickedly.

"Albert, the person in the picture suddenly disappeared!" Herb was surprised to find that the person in the chocolate frog picture had disappeared.

"Photo?" Albert looked at his father, who was holding a picture of a chocolate frog in his hand.

"Maybe, the wizard's photo would have moved? Chocolate frogs can move, so why can't the characters in the photo move?"

"That's right!" Herb accepted this explanation. He turned the picture over and read the text on the back: "Albus Dumbledore...the current headmaster of Hogwarts, is recognized as the greatest wizard of our time."

"Oh, the old man who sent the letter to Albert." Daisy took the chocolate frog picture from her husband and wanted to see who sent the invitation letter to her son.

Unfortunately, the picture is empty.

Daisy flipped the Chocolate Frog card over and read on for the rest, "Dumbledore's well-known contributions include: defeating the dark wizard Grindelwald in 1945, discovering twelve uses for dragon blood, and collaborating with partner Nicole Lemay is very good at alchemy. Professor Dumbledore loves chamber music and boules."

"Dragon blood?" Daisy's eyes widened and she said incredulously: "There are still dragons in this world? Besides, Nicole Lemay, I remember him as..."

"Famous alchemist of the 14th century." Albert added: "Constructed the legendary Philosopher's Stone, which is said to turn a stone into gold and immortality. If he was still alive,

It means that the Philosopher's Stone made Nicole LeMay immortal. "

"Okay Daisy, be happy." Herb stretched his arms around his wife and comforted softly, "The situation is not as bad as you think, especially when we don't know the magic world, it's best not to take it lightly. Judge, and, you should trust our son, he's a genius who can bring out his talents wherever he goes."

"By the way, Albert, can you use magic?" Nia pounced on Albert, grabbed his hand, shook it coquettishly, and looked at Albert expectantly, "I I want to see you become magic."

"This... let me study it first, I won't use it now." Albert reached out and ruffled Nia's hair.

"Hate." Nia covered her head, ran to Daisy's side, and shared the pumpkin pie with her.

Albert began flipping through Miranda Goshak's "Standard Spells, Beginners," then took his wand out of the box for his first attempt at spellcasting.

"Don't, Albert, don't try here!" Herb's face twitched, thinking about what happened in the wand shop earlier.

"You should have some confidence in your son!" Albert raised his wand and chanted softly: "Fluorescent flashes."

The tip of the wand flashed abruptly, then went out again.

"Just now, the top of that cane flashed, right." Daisy said uncertainly.

"Yes, there is a flash, it is indeed my son!" Herb found that Albert was able to use magic immediately, with an undisguised pride on his face.

"Albert, what was that just now?" Nia asked excitedly.

"Uh, it's a luminous spell. It should be a spell that is relatively easy to master. I'm trying it out." Albert secretly checked his panel and found that there were more luminous spells in the skill list.

The spell is still at level 0, but has still gained 7 experience points.

Only when you reach level 1 can you truly master it. It only takes 100 experience points to go from level 0 to level 1, but Albert did not intend to use the stored valuable experience to upgrade the glowing spell to level 1, even if only 100 experience points are quite valuable.

"I'll try again." Albert cleared his throat and chanted the spell again, the wand tip glowing pale again.

Albert tried a total of five times before he managed to master the spell. With just a little concentration, the light on the wand would not disappear easily.

Seeing this scene, the other three couldn't help but applaud. Although it was just a simple glowing spell, in the eyes of the Anderson family, it was quite remarkable.

"Albert, Albert, let me try, I want to try too." Nia rushed towards her brother excitedly.

"No." Albert quickly put away his wand. "At least, you can't play here, you know? The last time I tried a wand, I almost blew the counter of that wand shop."

"mean."

"This is not a question of stinginess. The wand itself is very dangerous. I don't know anything about it. What should I do if I encounter danger?" I won't teach you how to use magic."

"Albert is right." Herb said quickly, "You should wait until he is familiar with magic before teaching you."

"Okay!" Nia pouted in dissatisfaction, but she still compromised, but she looked a little lost. She was very envious of Albert's ability to use magic.

"Your grandfather, plan to come over these two days. However, I think we'd better visit them together, so as not to have to run around again." Herb left behind some candy and gifts from the magical world. He knew that his father might Won't eat them, but he must be happy to see them.
